Thanks
to the efforts of John Cooley from Cool Chassis and
Greg Foster from D&F Race Products, current South
Australian State Champion Steve Lines is able to take
part in this weekend’s Easter Sprintcar Trail that begins
tomorrow night at Avalon Raceway.
Both
Cooley and Foster, who are two of the most respected
chassis constructors and repairers in Australia, have
put in endless hours repairing the damaged J&J cars
of Lines’.
“We
have had two of our damaged chassis’ with John [Cooley]
and one with Greg [Foster] as after last weekend’s crash
at Speedway City there were no more cars left in the
workshop,” explained the owner of # 45 Camden Neon Signs
supported J&J’s, Dave Challons.

“Thanks
to the huge efforts of both John and Greg we are now
able to compete in this weekend’s Easter Trail, and
words simply can’t describe how grateful we all are
as a team for their help in getting us back out on the
track.”
The
Easter Trial is to kick off at Avalon Raceway (Geelong
VIC) tomorrow night (March 21), and then it will head
over to Lines’ home track of Borderline Speedway (Mt.
Gambier SA) the next night (March 22), before wrapping
up with the final round of the Easter Trail that is
to be held on Sunday night (March 23) at Premier Speedway
(Warrnambool VIC).
There
is no doubt about it going by the form that Lines has
shown on numerous occasions this season he is a definite
Easter Trail contender.
In
the 2007/08 season Lines is proudly supported by the
following organisations: Holla-Fresh, Ad Trans, Maxwill
Race Engines, Camden Neon Signs, BR Motorsports, Torque
Power, Cascade Cleaning Solutions, KTM Australia, and
Spy Eyewear & Clothing.
